spectacular geological formations in the Rinc\u00f3n de Ademuz: <strong data-start=\"347\" data-end=\"371\">the Ebron River Gorge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"620\">Enjoy the scenery of <strong data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"428\">Castielera orchard<\/strong>, their <strong data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"457\">Esperiego apple trees<\/strong>, fruit trees and tufa formations, accompanied by the <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"556\">murmur of the clear waters of the Ebron River<\/strong> and the pre-industrial heritage that still survives on its shores.<\/p>\n<p After a gentle descent, it climbs along a cobbled path that leads to <strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1484\">the Old Town<\/strong>, and then wind its way to the <strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1543\">La Ruidera bridge<\/strong>, on the Hebron River.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1939\">From there, you ascend along cobbled paths towards the <strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1652\">Convent of San Guillermo<\/strong>, where the views over the more open part of the Hoces are spectacular. The path continues on level ground, following the course of the river until reaching <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1829\">the Hituelo Caves<\/strong>, a place to take refuge from the heat or the cold while admiring the rock formations inside.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2275\">The return journey descends alongside towering rock walls and the pipes that carry water to the old power station. Su <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"947\">bajo desnivel<\/strong> la hace ideal para realizarla con ni\u00f1os o personas con un nivel f\u00edsico medio o bajo.<\/p> <p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1225\">El recorrido, que discurre en paralelo al r\u00edo Ebr\u00f3n \u2014aut\u00e9ntico eje vertebrador del valle\u2014, puede realizarse durante todo el a\u00f1o, salvo en los d\u00edas o horas de m\u00e1ximo calor o fr\u00edo invernal.<\/p> <p data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1566\">La ruta parte desde el casco urbano de Castielfabib, desciende brevemente hasta cruzar la carretera y se interna bajo las rocas sobre las que se asienta la iglesia. Tras un c\u00f3modo descenso, se remonta por un camino empedrado que conduce a <strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1484\">la Villa Vieja<\/strong>, para despu\u00e9s serpentear hasta el <strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1543\">puente de La Ruidera<\/strong>, sobre el r\u00edo Ebr\u00f3n.<\/p> <p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1939\">Desde all\u00ed se asciende por caminos empedrados hacia el <strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1652\">Convento de San Guillermo<\/strong>, donde las vistas sobre la parte m\u00e1s abierta de las Hoces son espectaculares. El sendero contin\u00faa en llano, siguiendo el curso del r\u00edo hasta alcanzar <strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1829\">las Cuevas del Hituelo<\/strong>, un lugar donde refugiarse del calor o del fr\u00edo mientras se admiran las formaciones rocosas de su interior.<\/p> <p data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2275\">El regreso desciende junto a grandes paredes de roca y los tubos que conducen el agua hacia la antigua central el\u00e9ctrica.
