Saturday afternoon:

  • 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (winter hours)

The Castielfabib tourist office handles requests for tourist information about the municipality, from the region of El Rincón de Ademuz, from the province of Valencia, the Valencian Community and the surrounding areas such as the districts of Community of Teruel and of the Lower Cuenca Mountains.

It also acts as a municipal office that offers ticket sales service, registration for different activities and tourism advice for the entrepreneur and the local population and lost and found registry.

Furthermore, the office, like the population of Castielfabib in general, is adhering to the Valencian Tourism Code of Ethics.

The following are set out current rights and obligations of the users of tourist services, according Official State Gazette no. 157 of 2018:

Article 17. Obligations.

Users of tourist services, without prejudice to the provisions of applicable sectoral regulations, shall have the following obligations:

  • Respect the traditions and social and cultural practices of tourist destinations, as well as their richness and value.
  • Respect the environment, historical and cultural heritage, and tourist resources.
  • Pay for the contracted services, either at the time of presentation of the invoice or at the time, place and manner agreed, without the fact of filing a claim or complaint implying, in any case, the exemption from payment.
  • In the case of tourist accommodation services, respect the agreed date and time of departure from the establishment, leaving the occupied accommodation unit free.
  • Observe the rules of respect, education, social coexistence, clothing and hygiene for the proper use of tourist establishments and services.
  • Respect the facilities and equipment of tourist establishments and businesses.
  • Respect the internal regulations of tourist establishments, the schedules and the rules of conduct of the places to visit and where tourist activities are carried out.

Article 18. Rights.

The following are the rights of tourism companies and tourism service providers for the purposes of this law, and without prejudice to the provisions of other regulations that may affect them:

  • To freely exercise their activity with respect for the laws that apply to them.
  • Apply for aid, subsidies and incentives promoted by public administrations for the development of the sector.
  • Access to promotional and training activities carried out by the tourism administration in accordance with the established conditions.
  • Participate in promotion programs and be included in the catalogs, directories, guides and computer systems of the tourism administration intended for this purpose.
  • To obtain recognition, by the competent tourism administration, of the administrative classification of the establishments under their ownership, after fulfilling the legally required conditions and requirements.
  • To participate, through their most representative organizations, in tourism policy actions that may affect them, in accordance with current legislation.
  • To promote, through its organizations, the development and implementation of public and private cooperation programs of general interest to the tourism sector.
  • Resorting to arbitration formulas for the out-of-court resolution of their conflicts with economic consequences.
  • To propose, through its associations, the carrying out of studies, research and publications that contribute to the improvement of the development of the tourism business in the Valencian Community.

This Management makes clear its commitment to increasing customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of an integrated environmental and quality management system, in accordance with international standards. UNE EN ISO 14875, Q for tourism, as well as the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

Therefore, this Directorate has defined the following Quality Policy, which is geared towards satisfying our customers to the fullest extent:

  • Comply with the requirements agreed with the client, in particular those related to the technical specifications of the equipment to be manufactured and its execution deadlines.
  • To ensure compliance with the requirements arising from the regulations and standards applicable to our activity, and in particular, those related to environmental impacts
  • To continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system implemented in our organization, aimed at achieving the highest customer satisfaction, through the periodic evaluation of the results and environmental aspects derived from our activity.
  • Maximize effectiveness in all activities of “CASTIELFABIB TOURIST OFFICE”
  • Motivate all staff of Castielfabib Town Council in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
  • To ensure the material and human resources of Castielfabib Town Hall. so that the activities can be carried out optimally.
  • Optimize the resources allocated to production, minimizing energy consumption and promoting the use of environmentally friendly alternative products, whenever technically feasible.
  • To provide the necessary measures to prevent and reduce the environmental impacts resulting from activities carried out directly by Castielfabib Town Hall, or other subcontracted companies that perform their work on behalf of the company.
  • To raise awareness among our staff, users, suppliers and other collaborators regarding the principles set out in this Policy, promoting training and the establishment of good environmental practices.
